Cheap Indy 500 Tickets

Privacy

This guide helps you compare Indianapolis 500 ticket information. Purchases take place on StubOrder.

Information on this site

This website is published by StubOrder, an online ticket resale marketplace based in Buffalo, New York. It has no account registration, newsletter, payment form, analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers. Its own pages do not set cookies or store information in your browser. The only information you can send through it is a message in the contact form.

The contact form

When you send a message with the contact form, this website emails your name, email address, chosen topic and message to StubOrder’s support team so it can reply to you. The email is sent through this website’s hosting provider. The website does not keep a copy of your message.

To limit spam, the form asks a simple math question and carries a signed, single-use code. Before a message is sent, the server checks that your email address’s domain can receive email. To apply sending limits and stop repeated messages, the website keeps one-way codes made from your IP address and from your email address and message (never the addresses or the message themselves), with the times of your attempts. Those records are deleted after a day. StubOrder handles your message under its Privacy Policy.

How the ticket schedule is loaded

On our server: about once an hour, this website’s server requests the current Indianapolis 500 schedule from StubOrder and keeps a copy for up to 24 hours. That request identifies this website (www.cheapindy500tickets.com) and contains no information about you.

In your browser: the home page loads StubOrder’s widget script from www.stuborder.com, and the script requests the current schedule from StubOrder. As with any web request, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address and browser details to StubOrder. The script requests data without cookies. Other pages on this site do not load it.

Cookies and choices

This website sets no cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other optional tracking, so there are no cookies to accept or reject. Websites you visit through outgoing links have their own cookie policies.

Hosting logs

The hosting provider may process standard request data, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.

Links and purchases

When you follow a link to StubOrder or another website, that website’s privacy practices apply. Review StubOrder’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before purchasing.

Your privacy choices and rights

This website does not sell or share personal information, and it does not track visitors across websites or over time. It treats every visit as if a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal were turned on, so nothing changes when your browser sends one.

To ask about, correct or delete a message you sent through this website, use the contact form. Asking will not affect how you are treated. StubOrder’s Privacy Policy explains how StubOrder handles personal information.

Children

This website is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Please do not send a child’s personal information through the contact form.

How long information is kept

This website keeps no copy of contact-form messages, and its spam-control records are deleted after a day. The stored schedule contains no personal information. StubOrder keeps support emails as described in its Privacy Policy, and the hosting provider keeps request logs under its own schedule.

Changes to this policy

If this website changes how it handles information, this page will be updated and the date below will change.
